I love the cover of this book! The artwork is beautiful and captures the time period and essence of the book well. Unfortunately, I didn't love the book. Pip drove me crazy because he was so selfish, ungrateful, inconsiderate, mean, and lazy. I did like Joe, Herbert, and Wemmick, though. They added the selflessness, love, loyalty, and kindness that Pip didn't have. The language of the book takes awhile to get used to, and there are parts I just had to plow through.
