The only useful part is the cd with its downloadable pdf with techniques for facilitating correct articulation.Otherwise, the book itself is a useless monstrosity. 98% is rambling theory/research. Not practical at all.So unless you're planning to write a dissertation on phonology, look elsewhere for a decent book.
The book is great! But I received the NEW copy I ordered with missing pages. I am missing most of chapter 3 and half of chapter 4! I am using this book for graduate school and I am so frustrated! I cannot believe I am facing this issue with a NEW book!
