This book is okay. It is very hard to read. Pros, it mentions many voice disorders. It would have been better if it had more colored pictures. I would not recommend it for an undergraduate level. The other thing is that if their is a chapter in the book that talks about something specific , for example, surgical intervention, and you are reading another chapter, instead of briefly explaining it, it just refers you to that chapter which is really annoying. So you are reading chapter 3 but then it tells you to go to chapter 9.

My class was supposed to use this textbook and the accompanying workbook, however before we had finished our lecture on Anatomy and Physiology my instructor noticed many flaws in the diagrams. Due to this, we are no longer using this textbook nor workbook for the class. I cannot comment on the rest of the books validity but I would advise instructors to pre-screen this textbook pretty throughly for other errors if they wish to use it in classes.

Required for class. Excellent resource. Appreciate the supplemental information on the CD.

Great book! Fast shipping to Aus :)
