I bought this book because a friend suggested it from a list of Living Books for teaching math. That suggestion along with my son's love of counting animals and bears pushed me to purchase this book. Well it is a hit in our home! My son LOVES these games, and it truly helps him understand the meaning of the numbers we are counting. Conceptualizing what we are doing.
