It shows a young girl grow into a responsible woman.IF I WAS YOUR GIRL was an excellent read that definitely deserves five stars! It was a fast-paced read, I literally could not put this book down. It had me laughing out loud with the crazy antics of some of the characters, such as: Cousin Shake, Ms. Minnie and her son Lil' Bootsy.
