I've been working with succulents for the past 2 years, I've been looking for a book that will help me group the certain groups of succulents together to make beautiful container gardens. I had some great ones, but I realized this one wasn't getting enough water or one was getting burned. Mr. Bagnasco really helped me on that subject, he breaks it down very well. So I was so glad when I found this book, it's a lot better than the more expensive ones. I highly recommend this book to succulents lovers everywhere.
This book is rich with information about succulents and how to successfully grow them in a variety of ways. Examples: beds, terrariums, vertical wall, pallet garden, etc. Step-by-step directions are given. A very helpful "first aid" section is also included. I learned some tips on why my plants didn't always thrive. I'm planning on buying two more books for other gardeners in my family.

I bought this book for my son-in-law. The layout is nice and it has plenty of ideas for those interested in getting started or those looking for info about specific types of succulents or cactus. I know he will like it!
The beautiful photography, plant descriptions and creative projects will provide the gardener and hobbyist many hours of entertainment and creativity.
Great book with helpful guides and in-depth step-by-step instructions. Pictures too, for the instruction-challenged. Florida climate is perfect for these.
I thought this book would be more of a book to help me identify the succulents & cactus that I have. It is more of a decorating book, but it has nice pictures.
