This book is very helpful in my PhD of Nursing Research program. I am able to contribute susbstantial information to discussion questions regarding program planning and evaluation. The book is easy to read and well organized.

Although an in-depth book about health program planning and evaluation, I found it lacked the necessary components or discussion of the PRECEDE-PROCEED Model which is pretty huge in our business.
The book is pretty solid, it gives good insight for anyone that is going into program planning and evaluation. If you are into that subject for career or studies than I recommend this book.
Great tool to use inside the classroom to get a fundamental understanding for program evaluation. The text contains great examples of usage in different scenarios for the health field.
Had to use for a college class. The book is a very DRY read; be prepared to further your knowledge through other means, such as journals and web sites.
