I am new to the "wild bird" scene. We have a feeding station for the birds right outside of our family room windows, where we can observe and enjoy our featherd friends. I am a beginner, and I wanted to be able to identify the type of birds coming to our feeding and nesting stations. Books are fine, but many times you need a quick reference in order to identify birds. So this guide is perfect. Not difficult to keep on hand, easy to reference and the protective coating protects the guide from every day wear and tear. It is far more enjoyable now that we can recognize our feathered friends. It's perfect for all age ranges as well. I recommend it highly.

I think I need a commission for all the people I have had purchase this great guide. So quick and easy to open it up and identify the birds in your yard or while out and about.
