This is a very nice, very informative book. It gives nice information on many different animals of the state, as well as the places to best view them in the wild. I purchased two copies of this…one for myself, and one for my son and his family. I believe we will enjoy the fruits of this publication for many years to come!

I bought this book for my son and his daughter to help get them out exploring wildlife in the region surrounding where they live in NY. It worked. They have made two trips so far in two months and plan at least a few more this Spring.
I like it, handy to have in the car when traveling around the state & even locally on Long Island.
