Well, it's the right book for the class I'm taking, but I can't say that it's well-written! Apparently, the authors rushed their manuscript through, without taking time for scrupulous editing. For instance, there is a repeat of the same paragraph twice. In chapter 4, the author demonstrates her strong Latino bias by spending far more time talking about Latino/Hispanic use of complementary and alternative medicine than any other ethnic group. In chapter 5, some of the sentences just don't make sense. I'm sure I will find other mistakes as I continue reading.

Excellent reader for everyone in public health and healthcare professions.
