I don't like to read informational books especially professional text books. Usually the writers of the books fail to remember that those of us reading them are at the beginning level of the profession which makes them hard to read. This book however is easy to read, formatted, organized, and written well and has a lot of useful information for those going into a health profession management position.
This book is so clear in the facts and information to learn from that it is hard to get off track and not understand. Actually reading it, helps lots and has most things you will need for your career. Great book!
This textbook appeared to be copied from another source as several words were faded out and the end of words were missing and the ink was very light. The textbook slowly fell apart page by page before the class ended.
Book is hard to read as the chapters are VERY long, however there is some good information in this book.

It's a school book so I can't say I love it, but it's very interesting to read and gives a good overview. The examples could be more practical, it only informs but is not a management guide.
This book was the worst book in the HIMT program. It is not user friendly at all. The index is very limited and I have not been able to find what I need to complete assignments.
