Fantastic review for crim multiple choice. Sometimes a bit too vague, like they offer 'murder' instead of murder 1 or 2 as a choice, which I know my prof was very specific about. Several 'depraved heart' murder questions that made me want to throttle it, but otherwise gives a good general overview needed for practicing timing.
There are 150 multiple choice questions that are accompanied by answers with explanations. The preceding review outlines are concise and on point. This is a solid review book, particularly for multiple choice and short answer based examinations such as the one given at UDC David A Clarke School of Law.
I had a terrible criminal law professor, so this book helped me tremendously. I would recommend this study aid if you need more clarity about the law, or practice questions to prep for your final.
