Crystals have a long tradition of being used for crystal healing. Each variety of crystal has a unique internal structure, which causes it to resonate at a certain frequency. It is this resonance that is said to give crystals their healing abilities. Applying this resonance in a coherent way can help to restore stability and balance to the bodies energy systems, stimulating the body's natural healing mechanisms. This book did a particularly great job of explaining each Chakra, and which organs they correspond to, as well as what each imbalanced Chakra can lead to. It then went on to describe how to specifically choose crystals, and then how to use them. It was a fascinating read, and I plan to learn more about the subject! I can't wait to try this out once I'm more comfortable with the process.

It teaches how crystal works and how it magically heals. from choosing the right crystal, to taking care of it and right method on using its healing power. Step by step instruction is clearly explained and it is really informative. 5 star for this book!

It covers not only how to use crystals but it also explains the Chandra's and how it works with crystal to heal your body. I have learned and discover a lot of crystals/gemstone along with the benefits and it’s really amazing! The book has its technique on how to use it successfully. After reading the book I can say that I have already know how to implement crystal healing to my own life. It is indeed a great catch and I am greatful and looking forward on how will I am going to apply it.
As the title suggests this book is about energy healing using crystals. The author explains what is is and how it can help you spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. She then suggests which crystals you can use to help various conditions. The book is well written and formatted, straight to the point, and an easy read. There is only so much detail that can go into a short book like this (less than an hour reading time), so you won't find any information about where to get the crystals or how much they might cost, but overall a very useful book.
You must learn how to effectively use the stone so that you can reap the benefits of its healing properties. Crystals are cleared after each healing exercise, as they must have their frequencies restored. I enjoyed reading this topic and I also learned many new things related to this topic. Overall it was a worth reading book for me.
