A well done research to prove that we are all affected by vibrations every moment in our lives. Water being the most abundant substance on earth forms different crystals when subjected to different vibrations. I am a long time fan of Dr. Emoto and his pioneering research.Just opened this book last night. It's full of gorgeous, large photos of the crystals which formed while the water "listened" to each of the classical music tracks included on two CDs in the book; a brief bit about each composition and composer; and the expected emotional and physical results of listening in to the vibrations of each piece.I listened to disc 2 immediately, before I slept last night. This morning I awoke without some severe stiffness I'd experienced in my lower back for a couple of days previous!This is a wondrous sharing by Dr.Emoto of his work in an easy and most practical way. I found all of the compositions deeply soothing.If you've had any doubt about the effectiveness of musical vibrational healing,this offering will convince you of it's value. Highly recommended! Did you know that your body is about 90% Water? The book was a great read and I loved the 2 free CD's. I will be having surgery in the next 45 days and it was the main reason I purchased the book. I have felt so much better that I am now wondering if I really need the surgery.I especially liked his research on water, one where he analized pond water and then subjected the water to healing music. The proof is in his slides. The water that was exposed to healing music and/or blessings formed beautiful crystals. Did you know you are 90% water? What if you cells can heal?
