These 14 group sessions are so powerful and so deep and touching. Our group and each person had such an opportunity for growth and depth into our inner self(s). Good opportunity to be led and look at myself, without being pushed in any direction. Marvelous bonding.
Very well written and a great source for group discussion topics, which is what I bought it for. Four stars instead of five? Just because it's apparently written for the facilitator of such a group, yet it's suggested that all members purchase the book and it's a bit expensive for some people.
Am using this book as a guide for a Journey group at my church. I don't love every chapter - but that's what it is all about - a resource to get you thinking, and talking, and listening and bonding.

Great book that we are using in an Interfaith Dialogue format, but can be used for a variety of groups.
Great ideas for group sessions, but they need to be adapted for formats where members don't do a much advance planning and reading.
