I've read all three in the series and was disappointed when each one ended. I love Eithne Loughreys' style of writing and I love books of this genre.I wish she had written more and if she HAS written more I'm unaware of, I hope somehow somewhere I'd find out. Without even reading a sample, I'd order any book of hers right off the bat. If you like this genre, you've GOT to read these 3 in their proper order. You won't be disappointed.
I was sad to see the series come to an end. I felt as if I knew Annie after watching her grow up after immigrating to America 5 years earlier. I'm not going to write much because I don't want to spoil it for anyone that is reading the trilogy. So, all I'm going to say is "I'm glad I chose to read all the books back to back and I loved every page".Enjoy,Susan
