Some of the case studies are pointless. This is the new updated version, and the publisher did not even take the time to update website links or other important information needed to complete the cases. There are some changes to page numbers and case numbers so you have to buy this edition, not the old one, to make sure you do the correct case for class.
I'm glad that I got the digital version of this book because it makes doing my case studies so much easier. I have a dual monitor set up so I keep the case studies book up on one monitor and then work on them on the other monitor.Plus, the ebook is around half the cost of the cheapest used physical copy that I could find.
some of the senarios do not make sense ...even to folks who have passed exams and work in the field
I suppose it is good for critical thinking practices, but as another reviewer pouted out, the publisher did not even take the time to update website links or other important information needed to complete the cases. Also, different facilities/hospitals have a lot of their own rules and regulations about handling different situations.
My adult daughter loved it but I would prefer an actual book with paper pages. I like that I can get to it from my pc, tablet or phone.Thank you,ann onymous
