Came with a paper "cover" which is pointless in my opinion...should have at least been a heavier-duty cover. It is also not as large as the 2015 version. Knowing that the 2015 version had at least an entire page of codes missing...I am not very confident in the quality or quantity of the information contained within this not-so-inexpensive "expert" reference book.
Nicely organized. There isn't a lot to say about this book as those that purchase it know the need for it. The quality is nice, the spiral hasn't detached, the font is big enough to read, and it is not overly heavy. I do prefer the Optum360 products.
HCPCS Level II Expert - 2016 (Hcpcs Level II Expert (Spiral))The "Optum360 2016 HCPCS Level II Expert" coding manual has the features that were advertised and that appealed to me: spiral format, color side bars for the chapters, color-coded coverage icons at the bottom of the page, select diagrams to guide in selection of the correct HCPCS code, easy readability, etc. Most of all, the price ($61.99 + free S&H + tax) was right!My suggestion is to view "sample pages" at Optum360coding.com before you purchase... I've only used Optum Coding books, I love the layout, bold colors, easy to navigate. I'd recommend buying tabs or using sticky notes to mark important pages such as the indexes.
