This was a required text for a coding certification prep class. I like all this author's texts. She is concise and easy to understand. This is a sample test (140 questions!) in the book. Each chapter comes with review questions and answers so you can check your work. A must have if you want to ace your certification.
This is a very helpful book for studying for the CPC exam. The extra material at the Evolve website includes two practice exams with questions on ICD-10. I liked that it was updated to include ICD-10. I would highly recommend the book.
It does not help to pass the exam. You may study like crazy from the manual and questions on the exam are not even close what is inside of the book. I did not pass the ccs-p exam, and I do not recommend this manual at all.
It was a good buy, good condition and very useful.
