This set of flash cards is designed to help prepare applicants for real estate salesperson, broker, and appraiser licensing exams in all 50 states. General concepts and terms with specific exaplantions on the reverse side of each flash card cover real estate, contracts, finance, and licensing. The cards, which measure 4 1/2" x 2 3/4", each have a punch hole in one corner that accommodates an enclosed metal key-ring-style card holder. The ring allows users to arrange flash cards in any sequence that suits their study needs. This set of flash cards may be used alone or in tandem with Barron's test preparation manual, Barron's Real Estate Licensing Exams.

These cards were helpful. I used them for 3 weeks prior to my exam and they saved me a lot of time making hundreds of flash cards (this set has 500). They covered the basics terms and information, and gave useful examples on each card with the definitions. However, they were not totally comprehensive and lacked a lot in the mathematics one needs to know for the exam. I ended up making about 200 of my own flash cards (including state-specific information that no basic flash card set would have) in addition to this set to help with my studying, but that was better than making 700 cards myself. I would recommend these cards to solidify the basics, but I would not recommend using these cards as the ONLY study method because they are not entirely comprehensive. I purchased these cards to help me pass the MA real estate exam because I did not want to make my own flash cards for the huge amount of information you need to know only for the exam. I passed the exam on my first attempt.
I just recently passed my sales associate exam in Florida and these flash cards helped me a lot. I would recommend them.
These cards are great! I've been studying for the past few weeks. They are easy to use and there is even a silver ring included so you can study on the go. I'd recommend these for any aspiring real estate agent!
These cards work wonders. Great for at work, at park, and at gym. I use them along with the Barron RE Exam book. Together they have became more useful than my actual textbooks.
These cards were very helpful when I took the national part of the realtor exam. I was able to learn the terms and then quiz myself. I do believe that these cards are what helped be pass my national part. I just wish they had cards for each state.
As soon as I got these flashcards & reviewed them to pick out the top ones that I needed to study I quickly realized that these were crap. I would say maybe 50 flashcards were truly useful & the rest were worthless. It took more time & effort to go thru all the cards than the cards I used were worth to me.In the end I am glad that I used another Exam Cram service & educational tools because this wasn't worth it even if it had been free.I would have returned product but water was spilled on them! :(
The cards are divided by subject, but not by type of exam. This is supposed to cover associate and broker, but there is only one set of cards. I ended up not using them. I carried one section around for a while, but they didn't help me to study or pass the test. You expect flash cards to be short questions with short answers, and this is not what you get. Flash cards should make remembering easier, again, this is not the case here.
These cards are great makes studying easy and convenient! There is so much info to remember definitely a confidence booster going into the test!
