To understand how brain processes acoustic signals, one needs a wide variety of knowledge.Such knowledge on audition, even though basic, is rather non-iconic compared to the knowledg on the vision.This book introduces to students how they initiate the first step toward understanding of such non-iconic knowledge.
As a doctor of audiology student, I have found this book very difficult to understand. Other textbooks that cover the same topics are much easier to read to comprehend.
