I purchased this book for a friend's ten year old. I began reading it and was so impressed, I bought one for me to keep in my library for my grandchildren. It is an easy read and explains everything simply! I loved it and can't wait to get the rest of the series!
Ted Andrews has put together some books for young people beginning thier turn on the "wheel". My son and daughter found this book (and the first volume as well) to be helpful and the excercises enlightening. They have since moved on to more advanced training, and have passed this book on to thier friends. The notes in the front to parents alleviates the worries from non-magically inclined adults :o) But I'll bet that they read it as well.

This is a wonderfully written book about dream exploration. Here you'll find solutions to your dreams, and how to keep dream journal(s). Many fasinating ways to dream journaling are here in this book. Excellent for beginners.
