I noticed the other reviewers seemed to be in grad school, and in that case I suppose it wouldn't be what they were looking for. I do believe this textbook was made for an undergrad class. I found it highly enjoyable, to the point, informative, and not overly complex for people who are new to the subject.

Hi, I am an ECON Msc student, and I had to buy this book because the professor asked for it. I don't like it because is way too basic for graduate students. I don't know what the professor was thinking of. Maybe she likes it because it comes with pre-made slides.It is indeed well presented, with nice graphics and pretty looking stuff, but it does not go deep in the topics and sometimes uses to many words to explain a simple, short concept. Even after taking into account that this is a too basic book for grads, I still can find irrelevant stuff for undergrads. Still, it is better suited for undergraduates, although even for them I find it expensive for what it says.Just another banking, finance, economics, financial system, financial markets, sort of book that are so popular these days with so much crises going on. Your bookshelf won't go crazy for having this book in it. Actually, it might question you.Make your professor buy it for you if he/she is requiring it for a graduate course.
Service from the seller was great. The book itself is just okay, I've used far better Econ texts, but unfortunately the teacher gets to choose, not the student.
I enjoyed reading the book when I did for class. It was really interesting, however I feel its a little dated.
This textbook came in fabulous condition. You don't need to buy the newest edition just to satisfy your college's partnership with textbook companies. Seriously, buying the newest edition is a waste of money.The information in the older edition was just fine, and comes in great condition.Don't let your teachers and your college rip you off.
