Did you know Egypt had a Valley the Whales as well as a Valley of the Kings? I am mesmerized by this handy nature fold out with its beautiful illustrations. It is packed full of easy to comprehend facts, delivered in an interesting format. There are maps, timelines and notes regarding the history of digs and the significance of the finds. I discovered that the Nile crocodile is a living reminder of a prehistoric creature. These guides are waterproof and very sturdy so they can be carried easily and used time and again. You can even fold them so they stand up on their own in a bookshelf. The Egyptian series would make great gifts for someone planning to study or travel to Egypt.
I love this little piece of art, keep it on the kitchen counter. Informative and well printed, has a coating that makes it durable. The drawings are quite realistic as well as beautiful. Glad I bought it.
This is not only informative but is a beautifully drawn piece of Artwork. Egypt's prehistoric past is something that I have never researched or imagined. This opens up a whole new world of what was there millions of years before man ever entered the scene. I highly recommend it. I give it 5 stars. I plan on buying the entire Dominique Navarro collection. Wonderful.
