I have just read a book called walker of time and it was amazing.I would recommend it for people aged from 10 to 50.It is about a Hopi indian boy called Walker who travels back in time 600 years. While he is travelling back in time a young white boy manages to get zapped back as well. Walker knows he's been sent back for a reason, but what??It is half an adventure and half a sad story.

Great book for young adults (and for us older ones as well!) especially if you've been to Walnut Canyon. My granddaughter and I just read the book after a trip there this summer. We both enjoyed the book and the canyon!

This is the best young person's book I have read in a very long time. The characters are compelling and the story believable. I found myself catching my breath and anxiously turning pages to see what would happen next. The courage and intelligence that the two young men draw on to cope with trials that await them in an ancient civilization are traits to which all of our youngsters should aspire. The young men grow to realize that the world is larger than their own backyards and yet everyone living now or hundreds of years ago was born, lived and died in much the same fashion. Love, grief, anger and courage are universal to mankind regardless of language or lifestyle. I am proud to pass this book along to my children and to the children of my neighbors and friends. Please don't think this is only a children's book, the mystery, adventure, and suspense in this book is complex enough to intrigue and delight adults as well... no matter what your age READ THIS BOOK... you will not regret the time and effort!!

This is a very very good book and everyone that is interested in time travel should read it. It is about two people that go to the past. One of them wasn't supposed to end up there. While there in the past Walker, the main character, finds out a lot of stuff about his life. Anyway this is a very good book I think everyone should read it!

I picked this book up for a little bit of light reading when I visited the Grand Canyon last week. It is a "teen" reader, but I found it really enjoyable. It's an easy read like a "Harry Potter" novel. It's a definite page turner.I enjoyed the novel because it explores the questions to why the Native Americans who lived in the cliff dwellings of Walnut Canyon left and where they may have gone. Shortly after finishing this novel, I visited Mesa Verde National Park and explored the Balcony house. The ranger's talk explored many of the same theories that the book's story is based upon.

Very interesting set of books regarding the present and historical aspects of Arizona

My dad bought this book for me a few years ago and I didn't think i would like it but i tried it out anyway. it was the best book ever. i lent it out to so many people that i never got it back but everyone who read it loved it.

Great story for a young reader. Exciting !
