I am missing like half of the figures and graphs in each chapter. There is some sort of glitch with the digital copy for kindle. So when they talk about a subject and refer to a figure I have no idea what they are talking about.
This book is comprehensive and makes a great reference. Some of the data is a little old, but you can easily find updated numbers from CDC/WHO.
The majority of figures that are useful in this book have been removed due to copyright restrictions. The text still refers to the figures but there is nothing to look at.

The book a lot of information that was useful however the book is boring!
The book is of excellent quality and has very minor highlightings. The binding hasn't worn out anywhere neither are the pages folded or soiled. Above all, the book cost me less than half of the original price!
