This is not an outline - this contains Questions and Answers (and explanations) ONLY. (264 Questions and Answers)I am torn between giving a three and four star review. Good for getting to know the rules but not so good at giving a realistic look at possible MBE's on the real exam.I purchased this along with "Mastering Multiple Choice for Federal Civil Procedure" (West Academic.) Neither of these two have an outline. They are just questions and answers.The 264 "MBE's" in this book seem way too EASY for MBE's. Keep in mind that we haven't yet seen real MBE's (as of Jan 2015) other than the ten questions released by the NCBE, but compared to the MBE's I've seen in other subjects these questions are way easier than real MBE's. I got about 85% of the questions correct, and CivPro is my worst subject.This book will help you learn the rules because the questions are just really basic flashcard type questions about the rules. It takes no time to burn this book so I kind of liked that as it helped me learn but didn't take up a ton of time. But I don't think they are representative of what you will see on the Bar Exam.*******************************************************NOTE********************************************************I just completed the 50 questions from Wolters Kluwer's "MBE Civil Procedure Questions" and feel they are as close to what a real MBE looks like as any CivPro MBE's I've seen. It is well worth the money. That book is not currently available on but can be purchased for $30 through Aspen Law's website.
