Most of the cards do not contain descriptions of actual tool for "getting along." For example, "If people are busy fighting, how can they make time for peace? Peaceful conflict resolution can help put things back in perspective." That is a statement, not a tool.
The tips were focused on mediating between others' conflict, not one's own conflicts, which is not really relevant to the population I work with. I like some of the other "In a Jar" products much better.
This is a great tool for groups. I would recommend.
