it is ok. I mainly use it as a reference while I am at work. The material seems broad and not specific to my needs in an outpatient setting.
The cost of this book is a bit high, but the hardback comes in a large box with wrapping and Styrofoam peanuts. The box and book made it earlier than expected and was in perfect condition despite the rain.
This book gives a great overview for new managers, and great review for experienced managers. It's a great resource to have on the shelf.
