I am taking a foundations of math class this Fall and this quick study academic guide helped me in completing my homework. The information is well-organized and uncluttered, unlike some of the other study aid charts I have seen. Poly-coated and durable, it will last a life time! Fits inside a standard 3 ring binder with ease.

OK - I could not resist! Trig was one of those classes that had a lot more to it than I originally thought, and I found having all the information in one place to be a HUGE help. This is not a substitute for a textbook, but it sure does help to prod the memory about "all things trig" beyond the SOH- CAH -TOA mnemonic (if you don't know THAT one, you need to Google it - very helpful!).I confess to being a fan of BarCharts because I like having summarized information. I tend to be one of those people who only needs a short blurb or a picture/diagram to jog my memory as to the big picture. The BarCharts are really well made - heavy, laminated card stock - and easy to read. This is important to me also, as I tend to be a bit bleary-eyed when pressed to remeber a LOT of math/trig/cal for something like, say, a test or quiz these days. I must be getting old! ;-) For $4.96, there's nothing better, and it's hard to feel like you've profligately wasted precious financial resources that would have been better spent somewhere else for study help.

it has a lot of information, and the quality of the product was high, however the formulas on it were for the most part not useful at all, it doesn't even have the unit circle on it. if i were to make a reference guide for trig it would look completely different.

This is a comprehensive "cheat sheet" of formulas, examples, and explanations of trigonomic functions and formulas. I have numerous quick study guides for subjects ranging from basic Algebra, Grammar, Psychology and onto Philosophy. Increases productivity as I can reference these laminated sheets rather than flipping through hundreds of pages of my textbooks.

I have purchased many of these Quickstudy Reference Guides and always found them to be a helpful reference point, especially for math subjects. I got this one for my daughter who will be taking Pre-Calculus this year, knowing that Trigonometry is part of the year long class. This guide won't replace the book or instruction, but it does offer a way for students to quickly look up important, relevant information. The sections on this guide include: Trig with Triangles, Trig with a Unit Circle, Analytic Trig, and relevant formulas.

Has all the relevant information and formulas! I'm nearly done with a fast paced Trig class and I bought this INSTEAD of the book and I'm getting an A in the class. (obviously results may vary, but its perfect for quick reference to keep in the front of one's binder)*end of semester update: I ended up with a B in the class. The quickstudy guide helped a lot, but nothing can really replace the practice you get from doing problems out of the book. If you can find practice problems online, then this study guide should be all you need!

For those of us who are older, the font of the print on these study guides are a challenge. The second problem I found is the color of the background and the color of the print blend making it hard to read. It is not a crisp abstract that is easy on the eyes to read. I use a magnifying glass to clearly see this guide.

This is supposed to be a review sheet that you can peruse in order to brush up on foggy recollections and this item completely fulfills that purpose. Interestingly, when seeing all of this trigonometry information in one location, one may notice patterns...
