THis is a good book for someone who wants to learn something about physics but isn't a math whiz. You can learn the math basics and A LOT of the concepts. If you want the answer key, of cours get the Teacher Edition!
This is an older edition, but I find this book to be so clear and user friendly. I use sections of it with my 11th and 12th grade physics students (studying mechanics and electricity), and I use other sections for my 9th and 10th grade science students (studying chemistry and physical science). Great book!
The beginning of the book was relatively easy to understand, but from the middle to the end he completely lost me. The chapters covering electricity really got me. He writes as if we know what he is talking about. Even though I've already taken 2 semesters of physics I still had difficulty understanding.
