This plasticized, folded array of shells was the perfect gift for my granddaughter who will be visiting that area in December. She sat right down and began studying the photos and loves that she can carry it to the beach safely. A handbook that will get a lot of use and yet not be damaged by the sand or water.
Very handy on the beach. Waterproofing especially good since the kids would lay it down in the sand as they checked their shells.
Recently we made a trip to Sanibel Island where the shells are abundant and this little booklet really helped us identify our treasures!! I would highly recommend this for the casual collector!
This will be great to take on an upcoming beach trip! And with it laminated no worries about the water hurting it !

Excellent, laminated, fold-out guide to identify sea shells while actuallyon the beach. Very light weight and a small enough guide to easilycarry with you on beach outings, also sturdy and waterproof. Easyto clean after each use.
This guide has fantastic pictures (not poorly drawn sketches) and information. They even have a ruler on the guide to help you correctly identify the shell. I always have a copy of this one in my car so I am sure to have it with me whenever I stop by the beach.
Great little information item. Grandkids used it on the beach to ID the shells they pick up. Plastic covered and cleans up with simple wipe of a damp cloth.
