This is a text to add to your library of resources if you are earning a degree in Health Services Administration/Management. It contains many online valuable resources and is well written.I received the book on time for class and it was in perfect condition. I would order from the seller again.
Wish there was some digital information that came with the book for easier studying. Just a thought. I will also have the opportunity to meet the author.
Pretty much provides the purpose it sets out to have. A nice mixture of scenarios and information backed up with questions to test your knowledge.
