While sections of this tool are great, the exam portion follows the 1995 Documentation Guidelines. 1997 Documentation Guidelines do not seem to be addressed at all. This makes this tool not current and out of date. Therefore, I do NOT recommend purchasing this item.
It is a nice tool to have but much of this information is in the material I am already provided. I would say buy it only because for this type of work, you can never have too many resources to help get the job done.
Purchased this to be used in conjunction with the 2014 CPT book for a medical coding class. This is used as a quick referral/study guide. It's nicely laminated, has a good layout, and is what I was looking for. Please note: ICD 10 replaces ICD 9 October 2014. As I am only a student, I am unsure just how much the E/M codes will be changing. Bear that in mind if you want this for long term use in your profession.
This is a valuable tool for someone like me just starting out in coding. I would recommend it for sure. Also the transaction was smooth and quick. AAAAA
worth every penny-it highlights all the key points and lays it out well. I would recommend this to anyone who needs help in this area for the test.
I love this product. Is a quick way to do the basic coding. It helps save a lot of time.
New and very helpful !!!!
As some may say that it is out of date. I feel that this is or can be a valuable tool for someone starting out in Coding. So for that reason I recommend this item.
